We are an architectural company that prides itself in providing full Planning Applications, Building Control and full design services and would be happy to have a one to one discussion with you about your proposed house extensions or alterations, no matter how small.

We have been working in architectural practice since 1986, covering various project types ranging from residential, libraries, hospitals, offices, schools and now specialise mainly in housing and residential designs. Our focus is now more on designing homely, sustainable, bespoke houses, challenging Planning and Building regulations requirements but at the same time successfully ticking off all their required boxes for our clients, as evident in our success rate.The design of houses and the production of drawings of contemporary rear/side/loft/dormer extensions or alterations is our passion and forte. We delight in finding ways of maximising the spaces within the smallest of houses giving you additional valuable space, whilst adding value to your property.

Planning Applications

We work together with you to achieve the specific style that you want and provide you with the full set of planning application drawings, which we then submit on your behalf.

Extensions

Let us bring new life to the appearance of your home, whether its a single or two storey extension our design will maximise the potential to add value to your property.

Renovations & Alterations

Just tell us which walls/rooms that you want altered and we will advise how to generate spaces in your home that best fits your requirements, through our drawings.

Building Regulations Applications

We will design and detail your project for Building Regulations application. We make the application by submitting the drawings and documents on your behalf. Fully detailed for the builders to build from these drawings.

Loft Extensions

An additional bedroom, perhaps with a desirable en suite and storage space specifically designed to complement and enhance the rest of your property whilst giving it the wow factor! We’ll produce the design drawings and apply for the necessary applications for you.
